amazing beachfront retreat!

the grounds were immaculate. i saw a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and soft sand right by the hotel. the separate pools for kids and adults are amazing! mamsha beach is so close by taxi, just a short ride to many attractive restaurants.
the atm wasn't working during my entire visit and i had to go quite far for another one.

the breakfast was delicious, i have to admit. so many options and the staff was pleasant.
the room was fine at first, but the light switches were a nightmare. i spend ages every night trying to turn off all lights, and it's frustrating. some nights, pressing 'master off' just turned other lights on, i found it annoying.

The beach access was pristine. I found the water clear. My room, a suite panoramic ocean view, offered amazing unobstructed views of the coastline. Breakfast was a good experience (the fresh pastries were AMAZING!). The attentive staff consistently anticipated my needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The pool area becomes somewhat crowded during peak hours. Finding available loungers was Sometimes a challenge.

satisfactory stay, but some issues need attention

the beach access was a real highlight. the white sand was clean. the water was clear. breakfast at the cafe had a great selection. they served everything i could think of and more.
my check-in was delayed. the staff couldn't initially locate my name. i was then given a key card that wasn't activated causing a 45 minute delay. the room temperature wasn't consistent with the thermostat settings. it felt warmer than indicated.
